As your body ages, the production of collagen and elastin in your skin slows down. This results in more visible lines, creases, and wrinkles, in addition to loose skin on the chin, neck, and jowls. To fight these signs of aging, The Pacific Coast Center for Oral, Facial & Cosmetic Surgery offers FaceTite. This state-of-the-art nonsurgical procedure, advocated by Dr. Husam Elias, uses radiofrequency-guided lipolysis to heat up and dislodge cells, causing the skin to tighten and allowing collagen to be created at a quicker rate. You can achieve a tighter, more youthful facial appearance that has fewer wrinkles without dealing with the invasiveness and downtime from lifting operations. We encourage you to schedule an appointment at our Pasadena, CA practice to find out more about FaceTite and its amazing benefits.

The minimally invasive FaceTite procedure performed at The Pacific Coast Center for Oral, Facial & Cosmetic Surgery is an excellent method for turning back the clock on facial aging. Outstanding benefits of this procedure for Pasadena, CA patients include:

  • Limited downtime is required
  • Reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles
  • Obtaining a fresh, natural appearance
  • Promoting increased collagen production
  • Producing a more refined jaw and neck profile
  • Decreasing the appearance of facial and submental far
  • Potential to be complemented by additional facial treatments

FaceTite is generally used to treat smaller, more delicate areas, such as the lines which form around the mouth and below the eyes in addition to the loose skin around the chin and neck region. You're a great candidate for this treatment if you are experiencing early signs of aging and want a boost in collagen production for tighter skin. In order to undergo this treatment, you should not be pregnant or have had cosmetic injections performed over the last 6 – 8 months. A consultation with Dr. Elias could better help you learn more about your qualification for this procedure.

This cosmetic therapy utilizes a minimally invasive process that involves inserting a very small cannula beneath your skin while using local anesthesia. Once the cannula is placed, the temperature will be controlled and monitored through external and internal thermometers to make certain the heat remains at a comfortable temperature. The radiofrequency power the FaceTite device releases will be effective in disrupting fat cells and will also cause the skin to contract, sparking an increase in collagen production. Sessions normally last around 45 minutes per treated area.

Following a FaceTite treatment, you'll need to rest at home for the remainder of the day wearing a compression garment. You will be able to go back to your regular routine by the following day. It could take approximately three days for any redness or swelling to fade. Strenuous exercises and activities should be avoided for approximately 1 – 2 weeks following the procedure. Patients will normally observe some results after their FaceTite treatment. However, because the procedure involves stimulating the collagen growth process, you will see more gradual improvements for about 3 – 8 weeks afterward. Your results will be long-lasting if you maintain a healthy weight through proper diet and exercise.

My first procedure was Facetite with Dr. Elias. I was able to do the procedure awake on a Friday & was back to work on Monday! I was still swollen but not in pain at all. It’s a minimum invasive procedure to tighten the skin & gets rid of the fat. The staff was really friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I’ve been back many more times for Botox & fillers. Dr. Elias is such a perfectionist and that is exactly what I’m looking for in a Cosmetic Surgeon!

About Us
Does FaceTite hurt?

No, most patients do not find a FaceTite treatment painful. Before we begin your procedure, the treatment area is numbed with a local anesthetic. If patients feel anything at all, it is often only light pressure from the FaceTite wand. After the FaceTite procedure, patients may experience minor swelling or soreness for about a week.

Would FaceTite or a surgical facelift be better for me?

It depends on the starting condition of your skin and your treatment goals. For patients with minor sagging and light to moderate lines and wrinkles who want to avoid long recovery times and surgical procedures, FaceTite can be an ideal option. For those with more severe skin sagging and wrinkles, a surgical facelift may be the better option. During your consultation at The Pacific Coast Center, we will examine your skin and listen to your concerns to help you decide if FaceTite is right for your needs.

Can I combine other procedures with FaceTite?

Yes, you can. Many patients choose to combine FaceTite with other aesthetic treatments like dermal fillers and neuromodulators like BOTOX® to enhance their results. In your consult, we can discuss the various treatments that pair well with FaceTite.

How long does FaceTite last?

It depends on the condition of your skin, lifestyle, and genetics. However, most patients can achieve long-lasting results, with many seeing their improvements last up to five years. You must keep in mind that the hands of time never stop, so the process of aging can slowly affect your results.
