What Techniques Are Used For An Eyelid Lift?
An eyelid lift is performed under local anesthesia with sedation. In some cases, general anesthesia may be used. The surgery is conducted by making small incisions on the upper lid line, lower eyelash line, or both. After the incisions are made, Dr. Elias will remove excess tissue and stretch the skin and muscle fibers to subtly correct their shape. While surgery cannot prevent your eyes from aging, this procedure is designed to produce long-lasting results. You will likely experience some swelling, bruising, and soreness after the procedure. As these effects subside, the tautness and elasticity of your eyes can continue to improve for up to a year before additional treatment is needed. Dr. Elias will recommend post-surgery care, including lubricating ointment and reduced activity for a couple of days.

OMG OMG......I normally hate HATE any kind of work in my mouth...try and stay cool but dread it inside. This time I got stuck getting an implant after having 2 teeth extracted a few months before.
