What is FaceTite treatment?

FaceTite treatment is a minimally invasive procedure using radiofrequency-powered technology to gently tighten the skin of the face and neck. Dr. Elias utilizes a cannula device that is inserted into the skin and carefully heats the tissues to generate lipolysis and stimulate collagen production. How does lipolysis work?

How the treatment process works

FaceTite treatments are performed within the comforts of one of our private treatment rooms. Dr. Elias will administer a local anesthetic to each treatment site prior to inserting a cannula device under the skin. Once the cannula is placed, the skin is heated with a controlled, RF-guided thermometer to stimulate lipolysis and collagen production. Each treatment site takes approximately 45 minutes to process. Once your treatment is finished, you’ll be asked to wear a compression garment for the next couple of days to optimize healing and recovery at home.

Recovery after FaceTite treatment

Most patients should expect some swelling and tenderness at each treatment site for the next few days, which will resolve on its own. Patients should avoid strenuous activities for the next 1 – 2 weeks to allow the skin to heal properly. How long will it take to notice results?

Once the initial swelling has subsided, patients may start to notice results as soon as the first week or two. However, most patients won’t notice optimal results until approximately 3 – 8 weeks after their treatment session.
