We deliver the finest surgical care at a reasonable costs to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. As a courtesy, we gladly bill all conventional insurance and will assist you in maximizing your benefits. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
