The specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is quite broad and not only includes routine dental based surgery but also involves many aspects classically thought to be medical. Our specialty also frequently extends into areas of major facial reconstructive surgery and aesthetic procedures. In addition, our specialty has routinely provided safe and cost effective out-patient anesthesia services for generations. The Center’s scope of practice involves these areas of surgical and anesthesia care on a routine basis.
